Develops and runs global \"ITSM monthly Performance metrics report\" with scheduled reports in ServiceNow and compares with IT Services Scorecard with focus on strategic KPIs. Leads Post-Change Reviews of unsuccessful changes to determine root cause and lessons learned to create an improved change process for the Change Coordinator. Participates in process governance review of Change Management, Incident & Problem Management in ServiceNow. Participates in Bi-Weekly CAB Review of application changes.
