About Darryl Lee
After nearly 11 years in case management covering a variety of surgical and ICU services, I\'ve newly transitioned into a new opportunity as a practice RN at UCSF Urologic Surgical Oncology. Previous experience has included head and neck, urology, kidney transplant, and general surgery services specializing in enterocutaneous fistulas, cardic surgery, emergency department and medical ICUs. I strive to integrate both my personal health situations, empathy and over 20 years of of combined business, insurance, investigative and nursing experience to educate patients and advance healthcare into the next century. As a graduate from Samuel Merritt University in 2013, I was privileged and honored to be chosen the commencement speaker at our 2014 graduation where I emphasized the collaborative healthcare environment and that our participation as part of the interdisciplinary team will be the key to improving future healthcare. As a result, I work to integrate a focused interdisciplinary approach to achieve positive patient results.
