   I oversee 94 soldiers in my company, and we lead the battalion in 8 of the 10 performance metrics categories. • Mentored, coached and trained subordinates to become better leaders, by requiring them to exceed the duties and expectations of their rank. This increased the morale and productivity of the unit leading to over 20 early promotions.• While serving as acting commander of the unit, and the officer in charge of billing of materials operations we accomplished our mission 3 days early, resulting in 14 soldiers receiving awards and 7 soldiers being promoted in rank.
