Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. •Member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Cultural Proficiency training team. Conducted several workshops with Fresno Unified staff on Cultural Proficiency.•Responsible for developing and conducting at least four Professional Learning training courses for 60 teachers and Administrators each year. •Responsible for ensuring teachers are prepared to serve and teach the 1100+ students who are a part of the Men’s and Women’s Alliance Program.•Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the effectiveness of curriculum, activities, teachers, and other resources used to improve student behavior, academics, and attendance.•Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.•Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.•Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
