As a seasoned Director of Technical Program Management with both professional services experience (Deloitte, Sierra Systems, Edge Consulting) and deep industry expertise, I bring a well-rounded perspective to delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives. My career progression reflects hands-on execution of critical delivery components—including business requirements development, testing execution, and stakeholder alignment—leading to senior roles overseeing enterprise transformations across sectors such as travel, insurance, and financial services.I specialize in the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with extensive experience in hybrid Agile environments. I lead cross-functional teams—including client stakeholders and SI vendors—through structured release planning, iterative delivery, and detailed quality assurance efforts. My expertise spans User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Integration Testing, data conversion strategy, cutover planning, and system reconciliation across multiple environments. I’ve built robust environment and instance management strategies, ensuring each test phase is backed by accurate data and clear traceability to business outcomes.My programs are anchored in strong governance, with a focus on executive stakeholder management and communication.
