   Supported the development of the change management strategy for a healthcare solutions company.• Promoted change management communications in HR, procurement, sourcing, and finance digital literacy journey using behavioral change framework to identify capability and competency skill gaps, writing Go Live, Hypercare, and Transition comms during 2 large healthcare M & As, reaching employees.• I spent several months supporting the establishment of a Center of Excellence for KPMG’s Change Management service line. This was in support of our work delivering large scale transformations on behalf of our clients. A key component was the centralization and replicability of key change tool processes, specifically KPMG’s proprietary Change Management platform, Change Frame, and the Change Leadership Index assessment suite. I created and implemented standard operating processes, provided support for methods for tracking and monitoring work delivered, and innovated the use of our tools.
