HR Operations Manager for this leading clean energy company which includes, Florida Power & Light - America’s largest electric utility, NextEra Energy Resources, LLC - the world’s largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and sun and a world leader in battery storage, and subsidiaries that generate clean, emissions-free electricity from five commercial nuclear power units in Florida, New Hampshire and Wisconsin. I oversee a team of human resources professionals responsible for HR Employee Relations and workplace internal investigations into complaints, legal issues and policy/compliance violations across the entire enterprise. Also in this role, I provide consultation to leaders on applicable HR programs, policies, and projects and work with HR Business Partners and business unit leadership to support strategic initiatives.
