In regulated, consumer-scale environments, this often results in fragmented reasoning, diminished architectural intent, and compounding operational risk.My focus is the opposite problem:How to scale AI deliberately — with determinism, traceability, and executive-level governance.As a Principal Enterprise Architect (Technical Director) leading Enterprise Reference Architecture within a Fortune 500 hospitality organization, I define canonical standards across cloud, data, security, and AI domains, supporting global platforms serving millions of users annually.My work centers on production-grade AI:• Enterprise AI reference architecture• Governance guardrails and lifecycle controls• Orchestration topology for reasoning continuity• Risk mitigation, traceability, and auditability• Aligning AI capability to measurable business outcomesI am the author of the Cognitive Singularity Orchestrator (CSO), a centralized reasoning architecture designed to reduce agentic sprawl, preserve architectural intent, and improve governance in enterprise AI systems. In controlled POCs, this topology demonstrated approximately 2x improvements in both performance and reasoning accuracy compared to distributed agent meshes.I have published empirical analysis evaluating centralized versus distributed reasoning models across performance, injection resilience, and long-term enterprise sustainability.Beyond large enterprise architecture, I am the founder of AI-enabled healthcare SaaS platforms operating in compliance-sensitive environments, where governance, security, and operational integrity are non-negotiable.My interest is not experimental AI.It is production-safe, strategically aligned AI that organizations can scale responsibly.I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management (iMSM) at Gies College of Business to further strengthen the intersection of AI architecture, enterprise strategy, and organizational leadership.I am exploring Director of AI and Principal Enterprise Architect (AI) roles where AI governance, orchestration discipline, and architectural integrity are treated as strategic priorities.
