My primary function is to maintain and foster a culture of safety resulting in reduction of OSHA and non-OSHA recordable incidents. I keep my team focused on reducing the Accident Frequency Rate, severity of incidents and creating improvements with ongoing worker’s compensation costs. Work with Loss Prevention/Safety Team to continuously review & update, the Distribution Center Safety Program. Identify and prioritize Safety & Loss Prevention risks for the DC & Supply Chain organization.
