As the Director of the Enterprise Server Division within Information Technology, Enterprise Operations, I provide executive leadership to approximately 153 employees and contractors who design, develop and deploy IBM and Unisys mainframe platforms. I have four directly reporting senior managers, seven front-line managers, 91 employees, and 51 contractors. I ensure the IT Filing Season systems that operate the nation’s tax infrastructure are updated and in place to process approximately 200 million tax returns annually. My budget allocations for the 2018 fiscal year was $83.7 million for hardware, software, and maintenance. • Implemented several key infrastructure solutions which increased operational resiliency of nation’s tax infrastructure. • Developed and implemented Communication Strategy that change the culture of division.
