Providing on-site support for Electrosonic in PWC Belfast, Belfasts largest private-sector office site of sq ft across 9 floors. Conducting on-site day to day client facing support and fault finding on installed Audio Visual and Video conference equipment. Providing preventive maintenance and IT configuration, full swap outs and appropriate escalations, cable tracing and testing back to patch bays and switches, software and hardware upgrades and rollbacks.This position was a temporary 3 month contract, extended by 3 months full time, and then extended 12 months part time. Continued ad hoc holiday and sickness cover ongoing.
