A highly motivated, quality focussed Senior Document Controller – QA/QC Coordinator, Technical Assistant professional with over 30 years’ experience gained in Aviation, Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Rail, Security and Construction. I possess an energetic and enthusiastic approach and a proven ability to bring transferrable skills and integrate into any organisation, at all levels.Outside of work, I am a keen walker and orchestral musician, which I take very seriously, as a Timpanist / Percussionist in local orchestras to a very high standard raising funds for national and local charities. I play a role in Social Media for The Elgar Society, to help promote the life and work of this great English composer. More recently I have taken on a volunteering role in a men\'s peer to peer support group as a Facilitator, running groups as and when required to enable men to open up and talk. I feel very strongly that looking after mental health is as important as looking after physical health and this cause helps to save lives and families.#ITSOKTOTALK
