With over 10 years of work experience in the wellness industry, I have a passion for helping people achieve their optimal health and performance. As a General Manager at Restore Hyper Wellness, I led a team of recovery specialists, therapists, and nurses to provide personalized and cutting-edge services, such as cryotherapy, IV therapy, and infrared sauna, to our clients. I also managed the daily operations, sales, marketing, and finances of the facility, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Previously, I co-founded HyDrip, a mobile hydration service that delivered IV therapy to customers at their homes, offices, or hotels. I was responsible for developing the business model, securing funding, hiring and training staff, and overseeing the quality and safety of the service. Before that, I worked at Nike as a Coach and Assistant Head Coach, where I designed and delivered training programs, events, and experiences for athletes of all levels, from beginners to elite. I also supervised the retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising of the store, ensuring brand standards and customer loyalty. I have strong skills in employee training, team building, and time management, as well as a deep knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the wellness industry. I am driven by the mission of empowering people to live healthier, happier, and longer lives, and I am always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and innovate in this field. I speak fluent Spanish and I enjoy traveling, reading, playing and watching baseball, and working out every day.
