Dynamic professional with over 15 years’ experience in and around sport, live events, personal training, and football agency roles, specialising in people management, talent identification, and performance-driven delivery.I am a FIFA-licensed Football Agent with practical scouting experience, attending U16–U18 academies and Professional Football League (PFL2) matches, and progressing through PFSA Level 2 & 3 Scouting qualifications.I hold AFCAS Level 1–3 Coaching qualifications, FA Talent Level 1, and applied Level 2 football coaching experience (Youth Module 3), giving me a strong foundation in player development and youth coaching.I operate with a strategic, global outlook, focusing on talent identification and player pathways across multiple markets, including territories not covered by other agencies. This allows me to collaborate with established agencies while running my own client development, creating opportunities in markets such as the MLS or emerging leagues.Alongside football agency work, I have extensive experience in live events and people management, working with agencies including Pure Staffing, MASH, RPM, Excel, delivering high-profile events such as London Marathon, The Colour Run, corporate hospitality, and tech/food events. Roles included team leader and event manager, responsible for staffing, logistics, and on-site delivery.I also have applied Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training experience, focused on athlete performance, movement quality, and injury prevention, delivered independently outside traditional gym models.I’m seeking dynamic, performance-driven roles in sport, events, or commercial environments, where I can combine agency experience, people management skills, and sports industry exposure.
