ABOUT DARREN CHENG
I work at the intersection of design and research. I am currently a Service Designer at Bridgeable, applying human-centred design thinking to complex problems in the healthcare space and driving systems change for better social outcomes. I work with organizations to identify obstacles to providing more human-centred services through interviews, workshops, and iterative processes. I also conduct clinical research as a Project Coordinator with the Subject Matter Health Research Lab through Sinai Health. I\'ve developed extensive experience in scientific writing, multidisciplinary team management, patient engagement, and trial coordination.
