I guide the digital transformation of technologies specific to Manufacturing and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to align with business goals and objectives. Reducing waste, creating scale-able resilient technical frameworks, increasing data quality, and leveraging opportunities to generate new revenue is at the heart of what I do.Using my unique and diverse multi-industry experience and insights, I anticipate future industry challenges, risks and disruptors to build a resilient enterprise. This assists in strategically positioning my employer as a leading provider of products and/or services within their markets.Most importantly, I have a long track record of using unorthodox methods in my approach to these challenges. This allows me to be successful in ways others are not. With empathy to users and existing processes, I quickly gain the confidence and trust of the most difficult staff. From shop floor to executive suite, I connect personally with all my customers. Implementing a completely new process or framework and exceeding user expectations does not need to be difficult or disruptive. Simply put, my core skills are being exceptionally good at the very things others struggle with and seeing problems and possibilities where others do not.
