The SDM\'s are responsible for managing the end to end delivery for the customer. Acting as the main point of contact between the customer and Adarma, we ensure that the onboarding of new customers is going to plan, to a high quality and that there is a smooth transition into BAU service. Once in live service, we continue to be the main relationship manager with the customer, work with the SOC teams to deliver excellent service and look to drive continuous service improvements.
