I like big problems with lots of moving parts, the kind that need structure, clarity, and a steady hand on the tiller. What sets me apart? I keep the focus on impact. Whether it’s saving millions in costs, accelerating service delivery, or building trust between government and citizens, I measure success by results, not slide decks.
