I am currently Associate Vice President - Academic Diversity Initiatives for the Division of Diversity Community Engagement at The University of Texas at Austin. Iam a member of the Vice President’s executive team and a leader of Academic Diversity Initiatives and Student Engagement (ADI-SE), promoting recruitment, retention, and academic success for students from under-represented and under-served communities.As an executive and a university instructor, I engage a diverse group of talented individuals to teach and inspire students.
