KPR helps property management teams carry out professional inventories and inspections. Our mobile apps help letting agents and property managers work more efficiently and productively. Our intuitive software slashes the time it takes to compile and produce professional inventory, midterm, and check-in and check-out reports by 50%. We also provide safety checklists, legionella risk assessments, fire risk assessments, and block management reports all from one easy-to-use platform, and we are currently working on a brand new and exciting project: The Property Health Check (PHC), KPR’s answer to a property MOT. Since we started KPR ten years ago, we have assembled a team of property experts and software developers who have worked tirelessly to make the time-consuming, traditional pen-and-paper method of inspecting properties completely redundant. The result is our intuitive mobile apps, which we are constantly improving with enhancements and time-saving features. Reports are standardised with a checklist of questions which allow you to add your own comments, flag maintenance issues, and embed an unlimited number of photos in the reports. The reports are converted into detailed PDFs which can be fully customised with company logos and brand colours. We currently have over 2,500 users making use of our software, who have carried out reports on over properties. Our apps allow users to differentiate themselves from their competitors, allowing them to provide a better service for their customers.
