Darren is the Managing Director at Nuttall Bowser Engineering - a specialist bridge & structures consultancy based in Bristol operating throughout the UK.Darren, based in Bristol, is a Chartered Bridge Engineer (CEng MICE) and Project Manager (MAPM) with over 20yrs\' experience in Bridge Engineering.His background includes extensive experience in asset management particularly within the rail sector. He has substantial experience in the delivery of examination, assessment, repairs, strengthening, refurbishment, and remedial works predominately for Network Rail’s Western and Wales routes as well as LNW, LNE, Wessex routes and local authorities. Throughout his career he has focused on efficient quality delivery, project risk mitigation, technical leadership and business development. He has worked for 3 of the leading Civil Engineering consultancies and enjoyed numerous client secondments with Network Rail’s Western Territory/Route. Previously responsible for AECOM’s South-West & Wales region and lead for the Bristol & Cardiff bridges teams comprising a presence of circa 30 No. engineers & technicians.
