Working with the NHS in the UK to create an App to solve a pressing front line access issue.Through a cross functional relationship with one large trust, conceptualised a solution to transform upstream creation and ingestion of documents, staff access and compliance and governance.Wireframed the full end-to-end solution for both the app and the backend management tools and cockpit.Driving the project via a five-person inhouse team, plus developers in India, Pakistan and Eastern Europe.Invented and oversaw the creation of a groundbreaking mobile app viewing technology as part of the solution.
