Started with Steven Eagell back in June 2023 looking after Peterborough Toyota. Soon progressed to the Fens CDA General Manager in 2024, where I’m now responsible for the day-to-day management of our Toyota & Lexus business across Peterborough and Kings Lynn. In 2024 Peterborough Toyota won the converted \"TOYOTA RETAILER OF THE YEAR\" Award, which validates the commitment shown by all staff across all departments towards customer care and colleague engagement. Steven Eagell Group is the largest privately owned Toyota and Lexus franchise in the UK and feel incredibly proud to now be part of their incredible story. From day one, Steven and the Directors foremost objective has been to offer complete customer satisfaction to all our customers. This has enabled significant growth and the building of a large and loyal database of highly valued customers.
