Responsible for the whole cross-sell piece within all Citation Group companies, ensuring that the right consultancy and individual products have a delivery plan to successfully launch, and we maximise opportunities and engage with business partners and stakeholders at all levels. Owning the overall plan and managing task delivery on a day to day basis means working on everything from creating value propositions, working with marketing to build effective routes and messages, enabling sales teams, and building relationships with key stakeholders across sales, marketing and finance functions. Responsible for the planning and leading each project.I am also responsible for developing Citations partnerships channel which has a major contribution to the annual turnover. Working with existing introducing partners, and sourcing new partners to develop working relationships to enable our award winning services to be promoted through their networks through various campaigns.
