I advise clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and gift taxation. I use sophisticated planning techniques, including family limited partnerships, sales to grantor trusts and grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), to help clients transfer wealth downstream in a tax-efficient way.I am resident in Day Pitney’s Stamford and Greenwich offices. As a member of the Firm’s team in lower Fairfield County, my practice increasingly involves advising private equity and hedge fund principals on planning opportunities offered by the significant upside potential of carried interests in their funds. I am also a member of the Firm\'s Family Office Practice Group.
