I currently managing a team of 12. In the last 7 years I have seen double digit growth in revenue on the previous year with the location only seeing a 6% to 7% increase in footfall. I have helped the growth of 4 team members who are all now part of a management team within one of our newly opened stores. I am responsible for the development and motivation of a well balanced team. People progression is my number 1 priority along with achieving and exceeding all location KPI’s. Dealing with every aspect of the business, p&l, operations, stock control, customer service, team development as well as supporting area manager in his role.
