Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of five jack up drilling rigs across five countries in Europe and West Africa with almost 700 employees. Management of multi-disciplinary teams including HSE, Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Operations. Lead the development of operating and capital budgets. Responsible for delivering financial performance for the region with revenues of over US$200MM. Successfully led challenging start-ups and commencement of operations in two new locations - Cameroon and Congo during COVID-19 pandemic. Led Borr Drilling’s Energy Transition Steering Committee to develop a mobile green hydrogen solution utilising existing assets and expertise. Member of Business Transformation Steering and Sustainability Committees.
