It\'s a simple formula: I know that working diligently to understand and create exceptional (and connected) customer experiences across all channels will reduce costs, generate revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and make it easier to do business with. Now, who doesn\'t want that!But, you can\'t even begin to create those experiences without the proper inputs, which include: research, personas, VOC, VOB, lots of data, journey maps, usability studies, modern UX designs, competitive intelligence, top-notch architecture and technology platforms, a strategic roadmap, and a solid marketing plan. Wow, that\'s a lot. Luckily, I\'ve defined, gathered, and delivered those, while strengthening my \"digital\" muscles since 2011.phew!Oh, and I\'m a lefty, so you know what that means. I\'m analytical, factual, inquisitive, an explorer, innovator, and an adventurer. I\'m not afraid to take risks, but of course I calculate the probability of a successful outcome. I want to win! As such, I\'ve gained the ability to seek out and build relationships with intelligent, personable, and hard working people who are high performers and also want to win.    Lead a team of 8 people using Agile Scrum focused on the internal underwriting website• Break down Capabilities into Features to create a backlog that aligns with strategic priorities• Plan and prioritize the product backlog to transform the underwriting process to be more efficient and productive via a modern technology platform and user experience• Lead a team of three people using Kanban to provide maintenance and production support• Led 3 agile scrum teams to deliver enhancements to The Hartford\'s internal Risk Engineering application for surveys and recommendations, a data pipeline to combine external and internal risk management data into a cloud database complete with Tableau dashboards, and content enhacements to drive engagement with agents.
