Instructed two Satellite Vehicle Operator (SVO) Mission Qualification Training (MQT) courses for 1620 hours, culminating in 10 operators being produced to support MILSTAR/AEHF on-orbit operations in nominal and anomalous conditions. Supervised three instructors and six students when actively instructing a course, while also performing three additionalduties- Developed a monthly training program for eight crews/143 operators and led a three-person team to audit 144 training products in support of a 100% curriculum overhaul to maintain currency with changing operations standards- Launched an online course that automated three weeks of MQT instruction and saved 540 work hours/$71,300 per year- Administered 20 crew evaluations, ensuring that eight crews/64 operators were ready to execute satellite operations in support of USSPACECOM- Oversaw the training squadron’s $68.6 million Standard Space Trainer (SST) sustainment program, ensuring 63 updates were implemented to maintain the training accuracy for three different training pipelines- Exceptional performance resulted in being awarded Officer Instructor of the Quarter and Officer Instructor of the Year for the largest MQT squadron in the Space Force.
