Monitoring data from all the maintenance and internal reports to identify failures, problems, or trends that could impact safety in every component of all of Gulfstream\'s aircraft and operational procedures. Conducted investigations into the Gulfstream fleet\'s operations, maintenance, engineering/component design, and procedures to determine the root causes of failures that occurred during on-ground and in-flight operations. Quantifying risks to determine the safety concerns for aircraft and its deviation from safety margins Reported all safety concerns in the Gulfstream’ s fleet to the FAA according to the Gulfstream reportable criteria outlined by the Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) and Safety Management System (SMS) Collaborated with and provided guidance to Gulfstream\'s internal operation, maintenance, industry partners and aircraft customers to maintain FAA safety compliance and reimplement corrective action into the product design and processes to improve future versions and prevent recurrence of issues.
