Most of my career and experience has revolved around semiconductor manufacturing, serving in multiple leadership roles at multiple sites over the last 20yrs in a fast paced, high pressure 24x7 manufacturing environment. These experiences have afforded me the exposure to a wide range of business, technical and leadership challenges that have developed me into a strong and capable leader. From managing small, high powered engineering teams to running large, complex operations organization (>700 people), I am a well rounded and adaptable leader that is well prepared for the next challenge!
