Took over as Managing Director in 2007 and have continued to oversee a steady growth in the business with a really strong team around me. During the recession, implemented many new processes and products to our portfolio to ensure we stayed diverse and nimble during difficult times for the industry. Now one of the leading Timber Frame companies in the UK, we also supply SIP\'s as a Kingspan TEK system supplier, Glulam structures and Oak where integrated within the main structure. Despite this steady growth, we still pride ourselves on being a family run business, caring about our clients, knowing our reputation is key in a small market. With over 100 employees in a rural community, ensuring the business is on a sound footing is key. Our turnover has increased from £9 Million in 2015 to almost £16 Million 2020. This has been done through working closely with our clients to ensure we meet their satisfaction and picking up repeat work. Working together is key.
