I am a Bioinformatics Lead and Molecular Biologist (PhD) driven by the transition of complex biological data into scalable business solutions. My career is defined by a dual-lens approach: rigorous scientific inquiry paired with a high-growth, entrepreneurial mindset developed across both lean startups and global biotech leaders.Where Science Meets Strategy:I specialize in bridging the gap between bench science and deployment. Having navigated the transition from academia to industry, I bring a unique \"founder’s mentality\" to data-heavy projects—focusing not just on scientific impact, but on project ROI.Core Technical Expertise- Genomics & Sequencing: Expert-level analysis of NGS data and using scripting workflows (nextflow)- Data Science & Programming: Advanced proficiency in the Python data science/analysis stack, with deep experience in bash/shell scripting as well as javascript and julia- Engineering & Cloud: Adept at steering tool development from initial hypothesis through to deployment on Cloud Infrastructure.My Entrepreneurial Edge:I thrive in the excitement of building novel biotechnologies, especially with lean teams in early start-ups.
