Mr. Harlan is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Construction Safety and Health Technician (CHST) with over nearly 30 years of HSE Experience, most of which has been in the Construction Industry. His experience involves a wide range of safety management services including developing and implementing Injury and Illness Prevention Programs, conducting incident investigations and safety audits, OSHA Outreach Training in the Construction Industry through the ASU Outreach Program, and most other occupational health and safety services that are available. Tunneling, cut and cover, underground, bridge, roadway, commercial, marine, and industrial construction are his main areas of concentration with his most recent experience being in the commercial boiler manufacturing industry. He has experience working in the oil refining and environmental remediation sector and is proficient in industrial hygiene monitoring equipment and sampling methods as they relate to current technology.
