Reponsible for Leading the Applications team which is accountable for the Support of Business Applications, Software Development and Delivery of Business Systems Projects• Responsible for the Design and Delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solution replacing 4 separate Business Applications with a Single Integrated Solution across Gas & Electricity throughout the island of Ireland using Dynamics 365 FO and Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service and Marketing) using Azure Integration Services• Delivery of Customer Portal for our Large Commercial Customer who require management of complex meter estates to include Consumption and Billing Analysis• Strategic Review of Data Management which has led to a Microsoft Fabric implementation to replace a traditional Data Warehouse pulling data from the new D365 solutions as well as legacy systems.• Continual Cost Management Reviews of Azure Resources to ensure we are keeping costs to a minimal including reservations and enacting Microsoft Best Practices• Nurturing a broad spectrum of skills throughout the team to ensure we deliver Business Solutions by fostering open communication and an atmosphere of acceptance and trust• Replacement of On-Premise Telephony with a new Omnichannel (Voice, Chat and Email) Customer Contact Centre, leveraging AI capabilities to deliver an enhanced customer experience.• Development and Delivery of Corporate IT Strategy in conjunction with Senior Business Stakeholders
