Our product operation manages the product and organizational readiness that support the commercialization success of SYSPRO. My role is responsible for ensuring go-to-market and release-to-market completeness and enabling sales and services adoption by our ecosystem, through the deliberate and appropriate co-ordination and preparation of supporting content. I strategically manage the systems and processes that track our offerings from inception, through development to market. In addition to managing the functions of product operations, I fulfil the role of product manager in the areas of customer relationship management, enterprise reporting, mobility, warehouse management and digital transformation.
