I am a real estate enthusiast that has worked in every aspect of the industry. After starting as an intern marketing coordinator for a luxury real estate broker, online marketing quickly peaked my intersted. After this internship concluded, I went back to FSU and continued my major in Commercial Entrepreneurship. While doing so, I took the skills learned from my internship, along with hundreds of YouTube videos, and started my own e-commerce apparel brand. Thankfully after some failures, I was able to scale this brand to over $75K in the first month of operation. Along with this brand, I started a rental solutions company with two partners, where we utilized Airbnb to fulfill vacant units for apartment complexes. We then struck a deal with a large landlord with over units. We agreed to fill his vacant units, manage the guests, and split the profits of the ones we occupied. Unfortunately, Covid put an end to both of these businesses, as ports closed for months so I couldn’t fulfill orders, and Airbnb shut down for lockdown protocol. Although this timing was very disappointing, I learned a ton from these experiences, and I look forward to starting something in the future when the time is right again. From there, I decided to take my skills to luxury estate developer Todd Michael Glaser as his Executive Assistant. With over $1 Billion in on-going projects, and record breaking properties such as $200M+ Tarpon Isle, I’m proud to say I worked for TMG. And now, I am a Project Administrator with Hedrick Brother’s Construction Luxury Residential Team, in-route to become a Project Manager for estates in Palm Beach.
