Darren acts for national and regional house builders, housing associations developers, landowners, landlords, corporate tenants and retailers.Darren\'s experience includes- Advising national and regional house builders in connection with the acquisition and development of bespoke sites consisting of between 5 and 500 plots- Acting on a town centre regeneration projects delivering properties for housing, retail and a leisure- Assisting house builders and social housing providers with the preparation of developed sites for disposal- Assisting house builders and social housing providers with the preparation, disposal and acquisition of developed sites for the supply of social housing- Advising regional house builders in connection with strategic strategy, acquisition, development and delivery of residential and mixed use development sites- Acting for an institutional lender in the acquisition of numerous retail properties located within university campus sites- Dealing with the grant of bespoke leases and the sale of land for use by the film industry- Advising the pension investment limb of a multinational bank in relation to the day-to- day management of a large shopping center, which included dealing with agreements for lease and the grant and assignment of leases- Dealing with other general leasehold portfolio matters including licenses to assign/alter for numerous landlord clients including public limited companies.
