ABOUT DARREN CUMMINS

Throughout my career, both my passion and success have always been based on delivering through people – whether it be as a Sales Representative, building strong relationships with external customers in order to deliver exceptional service, as a Learning and Development Partner, creating and facilitating effective training solutions as well as influencing Senior Leaders, as a Coach helping to unlock and enable the potential in others or currently as an Area Operations Manager engaging a team of 200 across 20 sites to deliver in a fast paced and continually changing and challenging commercial environment. Both colleagues and customers are at the heart of everything I do.In delivering this, I am energetic and enthusiastic in my approach and always looking for ways to collaborate with others to improve the experience for the people I work with – creating an environment of openness, honesty, mutual respect and a sense of fun which drives strong business performance and high levels of engagement. This is backed up with a highly organised approach and a real commercial focus.
