ABOUT DARRELL WALTERS

As a clinical neuropsychologist, my work is dedicated to understanding the intricate connections between the brain, mind, and relationships. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5-25) to uncover the root causes of developmental, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges. My practice is built on a foundation of genuine connection and a commitment to evidence-based, developmentally-informed care.In my role as the founder of Mighty Village, I have worked to create a clinical environment that reflects this integrative philosophy. We bring together comprehensive neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, and advanced neurotherapies (such as QEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback, and tDCS/tACS) to provide highly individualized care. Our mission is to move beyond symptom management and empower families with the insights, skills, and resilience needed for long-term well-being.My work sits at the intersection of several fields: clinical neuropsychology, psychotherapy, and applied neuroscience. This allows me to help families navigate complex issues such as ADHD, learning disorders, anxiety, and the unique challenges of giftedness, while also leading a team dedicated to advancing the standards of integrative brain health.Specialties:• Pediatric & Adolescent Neuropsychological Assessment• QEEG Brain Mapping & Neurotherapy (Neurofeedback, tACS, tDCS, pEMF, PBM, tVNS)• ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Learning Disorders• Anxiety, Mood, and Self-Regulation Challenges• Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB)
