At the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS), I have the privilege of serving in the role of Business Support Analyst Supervisor. In this role, I lead a team of seven (7) business support analysts in supporting a team of project managers within the DDS Project Management Office (PMO) by providing business and functional requirements for critical projects and initiatives that enable our customers to securely obtain identity credentials (such as drivers licences and state-issued identification cards). Additionally, my team leverages Lean/Six Sixma tools and concepts to facilitate continuous improvement efforts across the enterprise, which includes 66 customer service centers (CSCs) statewide.
