My primary responsibilities are; providing oversight, review and approval for PO\'s, processing invoices for review/approval, daily reporting of the company\'s cash position and entering cash transactions into the GL, reconciling credit cards, prepaids, fixed assets and cash accounts, month-end close tasks and flux analysis for accounts across the General Ledger. I\'m an integral part of the accounting team where I provide advice and mentorship to our AP and Procurement personnel. Additionally, I coordinate with internal business partners to ensure expenses, projects, goods and services are accurately recorded. I take my position seriously within the Accounting and Finance organization and am constantly seeking opportunities for improvement, including scaling processes and troubleshooting our ERP.
