Darrell is a coach of Executive Pastors, where he brings 25 years of leadership experience to the team. He has served as an Executive Pastor for 20 years in churches where he has led staff cultural change for health as well as growth from small church to multisite ministries of 4,500+. Currently, Darrell serves as Executive Pastor at Rock Bridge Community Church, recently recognized by Outreach Magazine as the 11th fastest growing churches in America. Rock Bridge has 6 sites throughout Northwest Georgia and the Tennessee Valley. Previously, he served as Director of Sales for the Pepsi Cola Company and Coaching4Clergy as a Trainer and Coach. Darrell also has served in leadership roles with various organizations such as The Church Network and Coaching4Clergy where he was a trainer and coach for ministry leaders and is a certified coach by the ICF. Darrell biggest earthly win is his wife, Sylvie of 36 years and 2 children who also serve in ministry, Shaun as an AVL Production Leader and Tamra as College Director for Young Life at the University of Central Florida. One of Darrell’s passions is to help churches create healthy staff culture from hiring and onboarding to ongoing coaching to ensure staff integration and team health.
