I share full responsibility with the Commander for leading over 600 total force personnel in providing global supply chain support to 2,400 operational fighter, bomber and special mission aircraft within 24 mission design series across nine major commands, main operating bases and contingency locations worldwide. I am also responsible for allocating resources in execution of a $1.4 billion stock fund program,$22 billion in retail inventories and 6.91 million monthly supply transactions across 227 global supply activities. As change agent, I brought the logistics experience, maturity, and visionary expertise necessary to streamline operational Air Force supply chain processes that garnered $240M in equipment savings, an 80% reduction in retail awaiting parts orders, and Readiness Spares Package fill rates of 95%. Further, I immediately engaged to resolve supervisory failures that led to significant morale issues throughout the organization, turning these adverse circumstances into a morale success story with notable improvements in unit pride and commitment.
