This position is responsible for safeguarding the assets and liabilities of Little Creek Casino Resort and the Squaxin Island Tribe by providing adequate surveillance coverage throughout the facility in accordance with Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) of the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) and Tribal, State, Federal and local law enforcement requirements; accomplished through the overall management of the Surveillance department, leading and directing the work of others in following the policies and procedures of the department as approved by the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission and complying with the Tribal-State Compact.
