Manage 12-14 Set-up Technicians with regards to daily tire room quality, change overs, troubleshooting activities and machine tooling, 8 Shift Crew Leaders, and 210 union production teammates on daily activities within five primary work areas. Track, reduce, and eliminate abnormalities/defects using statistical analysis along with real time data. Create Purchase Requisitions (SAP) for needed equipment, supplies, and additional contractors. Responsible for training new staff personnel and production teammates to department specific responsibilities while maintaining administrative data, quality data, attendance (Workday), and disciplinary tracking.
