Overseeing training impact measurement, reporting, trend analysis, and consulting with stakeholders based on results. Work with operations and quality teams leadership to ensure alignment of training programs with ongoing coaching and quality assurance efforts for the site. Responsible for oversight of all training class preparation, facilitation, and completion, including materials and classroom set-up/preparation. Measuring the effectiveness of the training facilitators by assessing surveys created to measure performance.Stays current on sales, nursing, pharmacy, service training best practices, systems, and new technologies to ensure cutting training programs.
