While establishing my now 30+ year residency in Nevada (since 1991) I worked many situations in order to anchor myself, my skills and reputation of completing projects on-time and within budget with focused emphasis on learning the clients needs quickly on many projects in and around California, Las Vegas, USA and various parts of Asia Pacific Rim.Have led Design/Production/Fabrication and Construction Departments from Las Vegas, California, the Asia-Pacific managing Regional Supply Chains and Deliverables. Directing and managing aspects of the developments including design, planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, construction documentation, fabrication management, delivery requirements for completing projects within budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.With focus on Renewable Energy, US and State Materials Compliance Certification, Managing complex integrated Hotel/Resorts, Residential and Modular projects from concept, installation / handover to clients including Mixed-Use, Retail Commercial and Modular Residential single and multi-family developments. Large-scale projects like Hong Kong\'s Ocean Park, Singapore\'s Universal Studios Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands and California / Florida\'s Disney Imagineering StarWars attractions. Lead regular meetings w/ execs, owner groups, CEOs and management executives insuring that project criteria, brand consistency and design integrity is adhere to.Have lived, worked and owned companies in the US and Asia for many years e.g. Las Vegas, Macau, Vietnam, China, Singapore and Hong Kong, managing and developing projects in the regions all with adherence to local code requirements.Responsible for managing, directing and integrating multi-disciplinary consultant activities into the design and construction processes e.g. architectural, MEP, fire protection and structural for various projects and markets. I\'ve lead/managed teams of various sizes up to 65 staff members, analysis of various projects and products, prototyping, construction, validation activities associated with certification approvals, delivering mass-produced off-shore / off-site Modular products / units imported to the US. Currently developing conventional and modular projects, managing various teams and consultants developing several multi-family and custom single-family projects, modular residential apartment/condominium complexes, mid to large-scale affordable housing master planned developments with mixed-use commercial, resort destination developments and modular hotel projects from concept to hand-over.

   Overview: Production Superintendent position entails working closely with the all department / production managers to meet organizational objectives by adhering to company quality and safety standards. My role involves monitoring various production schedules and all productivity on the floor to ensure production sequences flow smoothly and efficiently.
