Dear LinkedIn Friends and Associates: As a seasoned professional with 10+ years in healthcare, OSHA team leader for 3 years, and 5+ years in project management, I am confident that the skills and experience I’ll bring to the table are a perfect match for most companies. Getting stuff done with a proven history of aiding organizations streamline processes, improve efficiencies and completing projects within budgetary parameters. After I graduate, I aim to hit the ground running and make major contribution right away. Although, I know that providing health care is hard work, I remain humble and still enjoy what I do because looking at tough work through the right lens can be made exciting! I have been told often by my family, peers, administrative professionals and college profressors that I demonstrate talents that takes years of dedication. Plus the ability to have patience which is necessary at times for making key decisions that will make a difference in people’s lives. Key achievements and skills include: • Leadership: Directed a team of 20 for the Indy Car Racing League through all stages of deadline-driven projects. • Financial Management: Managed budgets of up to and worked with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives on-time and within budget. Communication Skills: I Communicate closely with patients (sometimes speaking Spanish or French), clients and staff to set goals, get feedback, and build productive teams. Developed extremely effective public speaking skills and presence as a marketer/promoter. Working hard and smart works! And makes me feel self-assured that when opportunities become available, my combination of talent as well as ambition will be recognized and endorsed.
