It is a value creation tool that helps support and drive strategy.I believe in leading and helping others to be more successful in delivering strategic and tactical results. It is the utility of technology and the people using it that create its value. I am a business, technology and finance servant leader in the definition, design and delivery of strategic enterprise business and technology solutions at a Program, Project or Operational level with the ability to leverage talent, tools and technology to solve today\'s problems and create tomorrow\'s opportunities. Instead of thinking outside the box, I operate on the premise there is no box. Leadership, partnerships, diverse talent, courage, integrity, accountability, intelligence, imagination, inclusion and vision is the path to doing some amazing things and positively change how we live and how we do business. I am well versed in Artificial Intelligence for more than 25 years well enough to know that AI can explicitly allow the individual and the business to go beyond the mere scope of Enterprise Systems and Business Operations to a human centered vision of products and services. This will entail 360 degrer engagement applied to Integrated Business Processes, Service Delivery, Decision Support Systems, Relationship Management, and Strategic Business Intelligence for the entire business, its partners, and its customers. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and the like are only the beginning of what is to come. For many years I’ve had a passion and vision for the potential applications of Artificial Intelligence in business, education and healthcare. It is not true intelligence unless it can help you make the right decisions at the right time to deliver the best results on a consistent basis. The knowledge we acquire and the technology we create has very little value to those it serves and supports without taking into account the mutuality of benefits across the enterprise and those it serves.I believe in the value and strength of surrounding ourselves with a diversity of talent, experience, ideas and perspectives in creating solutions. I have always excelled at what I do and take pride in making those that I lead and support better at what they do. The collection of human intelligence is still hard to beat even in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
